Here's the complete set I'm working on. By all means, submit your own.
But there is a problem I've encountered. I don't, in the course of everyday life, go to a lot of proper tourist spots. I will keep my eyes open for these around town, and around the bay. Let me know if you have any suggestions about where I can find lots of tourists without having to go to fisherman's wharf.
Can I follow you around and do a documentary? I would love to have lots of photos of you taking photos of other people taking photos.
ReplyDeleteyay! I'm so glad you are doing this series. I don't know where you should go...Union Square? Hang out at the giant mall? Ferry Building? does that count as Fishermen's wharf? exciting.
ReplyDeletewalking around tourists sites with a camera? i smell terrorism.
ReplyDeletethe ferry building does not count as fisherman's wharf.
ReplyDeletei'd recommend north beach (especially along columbus); the japanese tea garden; chinatown (especially grant st.); the transamerica building; coit tower; maybe telegraph hill; and i'd highly recommend the line to alcatraz, though on the verge of fisherman's wharf, as an excellent place to get pictures, especially of tourists having their pictures taken in front of the fake alcatraz background.
