New Pew Study on US Internet Activities

The Pew Internet and American Life project published a new study titled "A Typology of Information and Communication Technology Users." That's a mouthful, but it's worth a read if you're trying to picture the segmentation of consumers using technology.

For me, it's a helpful reminder that people around me in the Bay Area don't necessarily approach things the way the rest of the country does. The Pew researchers do a great job drawing clear lines between significant segments of the US population. I'd like to see a worldwide segmentation too.

I have an idea which bucket I belong in (I'm embarrassed to be an omnivore), what about you?
