I´m wrapping up my second day in Buenos Aires. It´s a beautiful, humid town with longstanding ambitions to be the Paris of Latin America. Having visited a couple of other South American cities, I´d say that Buenos Aires deserves this title.
The last 2 days have been all about: walking around, chafing, empanadas, museums, photos, riding the subway and merging spanish and french into an incomprehendable mix.
I´ve got 2 more days here, then on Monday I´ll jet off to Bariloche in more or less the Patagonia Region. It´s said to be ground zero for outdoorsy tourists, and it´s said to be the high season. I hope I´ll find a bed when I arrive, and I also hope I´ll meet some fellow bikers and hikers.
