Conan Out
Conan O'Brien is wrapping up 16 years in Studio 6A and at 12:30 this Friday. Congratulations!
He'll be taking over Johnny Carson's Tonight Show in June, and current Tonight Show host Jay Leno is decamping to... NBC to host a 10PM show.
Today the New York Times asks what this O'Brien/Leno dance means, and asks when does Late Night begin?
And moreover, what's the true value of network late-night airtime in this day and age?
As a former intern, I wish Conan all the best in Los Angeles!
